We understand that starting a home improvement project can seem stressful and overwhelming not knowing where to start or who to call. To jumpstart your process and renovation state of mind, we have gathered some of our top questions that clients have asked us.

  • Client: What are your hours of operation? US: Monday through Friday 8am-7pm EST., Saturday 8am-5pm, and Sunday Closed. We can respond to phone calls and emails regularly.
  • Client: Will you assist in the entire process of my project from Scheduling to the Final Construction? US: Yes the process is fairly simple and straight forward. We obtain a scope of work, of what you are requesting. Get the necessary drawings to convey the final product, then get the contract signed to start, you pick out your materials to be used and let us bring your dreams to reality.
  • Client: How does getting the materials work, do i get my own materials before hand or do you get the materials then start the project? US: We can assist with what materials work best for your project. If you want to obtain the materials on your own after that, thats perfectly fine. However, we can spend some time designing the project, then identify the best solution to obtain the materials in the project planning phrase.
  • Client: How does scheduling the project work? US: Please be aware that our projects start dates could be a few weeks or a few months out. However, please do not worry, the design phrase or project planning phrase could take some time before starting.
  • Client: What are generally the costs for home improvement? US: The pricing of projects are done individually. We seen clients spend a few hundred dollars to a hundred thousand on a bathroom or kitchen remodel or a basement redesign. We are happy to discuss and provide you with everything needed to determine your investment to make your dream project come true.
